Placing Orders

• Orders can be placed via our website, WhatsApp, or by phone.
• We recommend placing orders at least 2–3 days in advance.
• Instant orders are accepted based on availability.

Pricing & Payments

Our smallest cakes start at UGX 30,000. Prices vary depending on size, design, and flavor. Payment methods include:

• Mobile Money
• Cash on delivery

Online payments are coming soon.

Delivery

We deliver across Kampala and surrounding areas. Delivery fees are paid by the client. We aim to deliver on time, but cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather).

Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders canceled at least 24 hours before preparation may qualify for a refund or credit.
• Once preparation has started, cancellations may not be refundable.
• Refunds are processed via the original payment method where possible.

Custom Designs

We bake your ideas! While we do our best to match requested designs, slight variations may occur. By ordering a custom cake, you acknowledge and accept these variations.
